Has anyone tried Bionect 0.2% Cream for healing minor burns? How did it work for you?
I recently got a minor burn from a kitchen accident and my doctor recommended Bionect 0.2% Cream. It contains hyaluronic acid, which helps keep the skin moist and protected. I've been using it for a few days and it seems to be helping, but I'm curious about other people's experiences. Has anyone else tried this cream for minor cuts, scrapes, or burns? How effective was it for you? Did you experience any side effects? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any allergic reactions or irritation at the site of application. It has helped me so much, I use it on any minor skin irritation and its quick to heal. I've noticed that a tiny amount goes a long way. If I ever get a rash or a burn, it's the first thing I reach for.

I've heard it's great for keeping the area moist, but I've never had a chance to try it out for myself. I'm definitely adding it to my first-aid kit, with all the side effects I'll make sure to keep my doctor in the loop.
