I've been struggling with extremely dry, rough, and scaly skin on my elbows and knees for years. I finally decided to try Ammonium Lac 12% Cream. It seems to be helping with moisture and softness, but I'm experiencing some mild burning sensations. Has anyone else had this issue? Also, I'm curious if anyone knows if this cream can be used on the face, and if so, how well does it work on facial skin? Am I the only one having this issue?
