Has anyone taken Tramadol ER 200mg Biphasic Tabs regularly? I'm trying to manage severe chronic pain. I've got lots of questions
I was recently prescribed Tramadol ER 200mg Biphasic Tabs to manage moderate to severe chronic pain. The doctor explained it's an extended-release tablet, which means the medicine releases slowly over time to provide long-lasting relief. The thing is, the list of possible side effects is terrifying. Has anyone taken these? How often have you had to deal with any of these. Serious side effects seem rare but I assume we're all worried about that. First time getting anything this strong. Would love to hear from anyone who has used this med. How was your experience? Were you able to function normally? And how do you deal with that long list of serious potential side effects? Is the relief worth the worry? Any tips?
Serotonin syndrome is no joke. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital because she took Tramadol with another medication that also affected serotonin levels. Be really careful with other meds and supplements.
I took Tramadol ER after a back injury and it was great for pain relief. But I did have some dizziness and nausea at first. Talking to your doctor about these side effects and adjusting your meds can go a long way.
