Has anyone taken Phos-Nak Powder Packs for kidney stones? What was your experience?
I've been prescribed Phos-Nak Powder Packs to help prevent kidney stones by making my urine more acidic. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? I'm curious about how effective it is and what side effects to watch out for. The list of possible side effects is quite long, and I'm a bit concerned. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
I think people need to be more aware of the serious side effects. If you experience any, GET HELP IMMEDIATELY (I can't stress this enough).

Diarrhea was really bad for me. I couldn’t leave the house for a few days – had to take some Imodium to get through it.
