Be careful with potassium supplements while on Dyrenium. Since it helps your body keep potassium, you might end up with too much, which can be dangerous.
Dyrenium worked for me. I had some mild side effects like headaches, but nothing too bad. It definitely helped with the swelling in my legs.
I had a really bad reaction to Dyrenium. I started getting severe stomach pain and had to stop taking it immediately. Turns out, I had signs of too much acid in the blood too, which is scary stuff
