I've been prescribed this medication due to a zinc deficiency, and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. Has anyone else had this injection? What was your experience like? I'm just glad it's not an oral med. I can't swallow pills. Sounds rough though.

I was on this for a while and had no issues. Make sure you're hydrated before the injection, it helps with the vein irritation.
