Has anyone had unusual side effects from Se-Tan Plus Capsules? I'm considering taking them for iron deficiency anemia
I've been dealing with iron deficiency anemia for a while now and my doctor recommended Se-Tan Plus Capsules. I've read about the common side effects, like stomach pain and diarrhea, but I'm a bit worried about the more serious ones. Has anyone else taken these and experienced anything out of the ordinary? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
I've been taking Se-Tan Plus for a few months now and haven't had any major issues. Just a bit of stomach discomfort at first, but it went away. Definitely worth it for the energy boost!
But what about long-term use? Anyone taken these for more than a year? Are there any long-term side effects to worry about?
I had really bad skin reactions. Doctor advised me to stop. Not sure if it's worth the risk for me. Better to go for a balanced diet or something.
Se-Tan Plus really helped me with my anemia, but I did experience some bad taste in my mouth. It was pretty awful. I've got used to it now. I guess it's a small price to pay.
