Has anyone had success with Xiaflex 0.9mg Inj for Dupuytren's Contracture? Share your experiences!
I've recently been diagnosed with Dupuytren's Contracture and my doctor recommended Xiaflex 0.9mg Inj. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone here used this treatment? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. How was your recovery process? Did you encounter any of the more serious side effects like tendon damage or nerve problems? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated! I recently had Xiaflex and felt like the dickens. I couldn't bend my finger back for weeks. I'm not sure if the treatment is worth the struggle.
I've had a few injections and the only thing I've noticed is irritation and redness at the injection site. I'm continuing to discuss with my doctor how successful it is.
