Has anyone had success with Amlodipine-Valsartan 10-160mg Tabs for blood pressure management?

My doctor advised me on the side effects, and I didn't experience most of them. But I did notice that I was getting nose and throat irritation. I think it might be due to the valsartan component, but I've managed it with some nasal spray.
