Has anyone had severe side effects from taking Imodium 2mg Capsules for chronic diarrhea?
I've been taking Imodium 2mg Capsules for my chronic diarrhea as prescribed by my doctor. I've read about the potential side effects, but I'm curious if anyone has experienced any of the more severe ones. I know it's rare, but I'd like to hear from others who might have had some of the more serious symptoms like allergic reactions, severe stomach upset, or difficulty urinating. Also, what should I do if I experience any of these symptoms? I want to be prepared.

I had some constipation, but it was manageable. Just be careful and listen to your body.
I've never had any issues with diarrhea I don't have any advice but if you feel like something is wrong don't ignore it
Why are you taking it for a chronic problem? Shouldn't you find the underlying cause?
