Has anyone had severe side effects from Enduron 5mg (methyclothiazide) tablets?
I was prescribed Enduron 5mg (methyclothiazide) to help with my high blood pressure and swelling. The doctor said it's a common 'water pill' that helps my kidneys remove extra salt and water. However, I'm really nervous about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones like allergic reactions, high blood sugar, and kidney problems. Has anyone else taken this medication and experienced any severe side effects? How did you manage them? It would be great to hear some personal stories and advice from others who have gone through this.
I had a bad reaction to this medication. I got severe abdominal pain and had to go to the ER. Turns out it was pancreatitis. Doctor switched me to something else.
I started getting these weird tingling sensations in my hands and feet. Turned out it was a side effect of Enduron. Doctor switched me to something else immediately.
I've been taking Enduron for months and haven't had any major issues. Just the usual dizziness and headaches, but nothing unbearable. Stick to the dosage and talk to your doctor.
I've been on this for a year now, and aside from feeling a bit tired, I haven't had any major issues. It's all about finding the right medication for you!
I had some skin rashes and itching. Turns out it was an allergic reaction to Enduron. It went away after I stopped taking it, thankfully.
My mom was on this and she had some pretty bad nausea and vomiting. She had to switch to something else. It’s scary how many side effects there are
