Has anyone had good or bad experiences with Cordran 80x3 4mcg/cm Tape for eczema or psoriasis?
I've been prescribed Cordran Tape for my eczema, and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. I've read about the possible urgent side effects, and they seem quite scary. Has anyone else used this medication? What was your experience like? Did you have any issues, or did it work well for you? I'm hoping to hear from people who've actually used it so I can get a better idea of what to expect.
I’ve tried a lot of things for my eczema and finally found relief with Cordran Tape. I had mild skin irritation, but it was manageable. Definitely talk to your dermatologist about it.
Cordran Tape saved my skin during a severe eczema flare-up. I used it for about 2 weeks and it cleared up completely. No side effects for me. I would recommend it, but always consult with your doctor first.
If you experience any of the urgent side effects, definitely seek medical help right away. Better safe than sorry.
I used Cordran Tape for a few months for my psoriasis. It worked amazingly well at reducing redness and itching, but I did experience some dry skin and itching around the application site. Nothing too bad, but it was noticeable.
Be careful with it. I had a friend who developed Cushing's syndrome from prolonged use. It's a rare side effect, but it can happen. Just be aware and keep an eye out for those symptoms.
I had a severe allergic reaction to it. Swelling all over my face and difficulty breathing. Not worth the risk for me.
I had some skin changes and pimples. Not a big deal, but something to be cautious about.
How long did it take to see results?
This thread is giving me anxiety. I hope my doc prescribes me something else.
