Has anyone experienced severe side effects from using Mucomyst 20% Inh 3 X 30ml?
I've been prescribed Mucomyst 20% Inh 3 X 30ml to help with mucus buildup due to chronic bronchitis. I've read about some serious side effects, and I'm a bit worried. Has anyone else used this medication and experienced any of the urgent side effects like allergic reactions or severe breathing problems? I'd love to hear about your experiences and how you managed any issues that came up. I'm on my third round of this stuff in the last year. It's not so bad once you get used to it. Just don't let coughing take over your life.
I've never heard of anyone having a fatal allergic reaction, but I know people who have had to stop using it because of the side effects. It's rare, but it happens. You have to decide if it's worth it.
I had a bad reaction to it, and had to stop taking it. I got a rash and felt really itchy all over. Definitely talk to your doctor about it if you experience anything like that.
