Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Trandate (Labetalol) 300mg Tablets for high blood pressure?
I've been prescribed Trandate 300mg Tablets to manage my high blood pressure. I've heard that while it's generally effective, there are some serious side effects to watch out for. Has anyone here had any severe reactions or complications from this medication? I'm particularly concerned about the risk of heart failure and liver problems. How do you manage these risks? What are some of the most common side effects you've encountered? Any tips on dealing with them would be greatly appreciated.
I had a bad reaction to Trandate. I developed a rash and had trouble breathing. It was scary, but thankfully, my doctor caught it in time. If you notice any signs of an allergic reaction, go to the hospital right away. Trandate was not for me, but I hope it works better for you
My doctor warned me about the risk of heart failure, especially since I have a history of heart disease. It’s scary, but I’m monitoring my symptoms closely. If you feel any shortness of breath or swelling in your arms or legs, get to a doctor ASAP.
I've been on Trandate for a few months now, and so far, the only side effect I've noticed is a bit of dizziness. It's not too bad, and my doctor says it's pretty common. Just be cautious when standing up from a sitting position.
I hope this works for you. Just remember, side effects are individual, so it’s hard to say what you’ll experience. Stay positive and keep your doctor in the loop.
Has anyone else experienced erectile dysfunction? I've read it's a possible side effect, but I didn't think it would happen to me. It's been tough, but I'm hoping it’s temporary.
