Has anyone experienced severe side effects from taking Synthroid 0.075mg (75mcg) tablets?
I was recently prescribed Synthroid 0.075mg (75mcg) tablets for hypothyroidism. I've been taking them for a few weeks now and have been feeling pretty good overall. However, I've heard some scary stories about severe side effects. Has anyone else experienced anything serious, or am I overthinking it? Also, what do you all do when it comes to taking it consistently every day?
Synthroid saved my life. Literally. I was a zombie before it. Don't worry about the side effects. Just be consistent and you'll be fine.
I've heard horror stories about these kinds of meds! I hope you're feeling okay. Make sure to take it at the same time every day though.
I felt like I had the flu for a few days after starting. Turns out it was just a side effect. Stick with it, you'll feel better soon!
I had a terrible headache once. Turns out it was from dehydration. Just make sure you're drinking enough water and you'll be fine.
I get anxious and jittery sometimes, but my doctor adjusted the dose and it's much better now. Just keep communicating with your doctor.
I had a weird rash but it went away after a week. I think it was just my body adjusting to the meds. Definitely keep an eye on any unusual symptoms though.
I had some hair loss at first, but my doctor said it's common and should stop soon. Make sure you're consistent with your dosage and don't forget to take it.
Mine made me so tired at first. I had to take it in the morning and then sleep through the afternoon. Don't worry though, eventually it leveled out.
I feel like I was on a roller coaster at the beginning. But I'm feeling so much better than I was before! I wish you the same.
