Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Fluocinonide 0.05% Ointment? I'm terrified of the 'urgent side effects' list.
I've been prescribed Fluocinonide 0.05% Ointment for my eczema, and while I'm eager to find relief, I'm really worried about the serious side effects listed. Has anyone else had issues with this medication? The thought of developing Cushing's syndrome or having an allergic reaction is scary. I plan to use it as directed, but I want to be prepared for anything. Has anyone found any alternatives that work just as well without the scary side effects?
I don't know, man. I avoided this stuff and went for a steroid-free cream instead. No side effects so far, and it works just fine for my psoriasis.
I used this for a bit and it worked really well, but the dryness was insane. Make sure to moisturize well if you decide to go for it.
My doc said the serious side effects are super rare, but if you notice anything weird, stop using it and call them right away. Better safe than sorry, right?
