Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Betimol 0.5% Ophthalmic Soln 5ml eye drops?
I've been prescribed Betimol 0.5% Ophthalmic Solution for high pressure in my eyes. I've heard about some serious side effects and I'm a bit worried. Has anyone else used this medication? What was your experience like? I'm particularly concerned about the neurological and cardiovascular symptoms mentioned. Any advice or shared experiences would be really helpful.
I wish the doctor had warned me about the neurological symptoms. I started having trouble thinking clearly and had some balance issues. I had to stop using it and I'm still going through some tests.
If you're really worried, maybe talk to your doctor about other options or lower doses. There might be alternatives that work just as well with fewer side effects.
I've experienced mild dizziness and a bit of a headache, but nothing too bad. Just make sure you're not driving or doing anything dangerous until you see how it affects you.
