Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Aluminum Hydr. Gel Antacid?
I've been using Aluminum Hydr. Gel Antacid for a while now to manage my heartburn, and it's been mostly helpful. However, I've been wondering about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone else had any bad experiences with this medication? The list of possible side effects is quite concerning, and I'm not sure if I should continue using it. Has anyone had any issues with constipation, or should I look out for more serious signs like allergic reactions? Really appreciate any insights!
I always recommend taking antacids with food. Makes a big difference.

I had a really bad reaction one time, but it was probably a fluke. I've been fine since then.
I had really bad constipation after taking this. Switched to something else and felt much better. Be careful!
