Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Alfuzosin ER 10mg for BPH?
I've been taking Alfuzosin ER 10mg tablets for a few months now to manage my Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). Overall, it's helped with the frequent urination and urgency, but I'm curious about others' experiences. Specifically, I want to know if anyone has had to deal with severe side effects like dizziness, fainting, or chest pain. I've heard about serious issues but haven't experienced them myself yet. How has it been for you all? Any insights or tips to manage it better would be greatly appreciated. I want to make sure I'm staying safe and informed on any issues I should be aware of.
I’ve heard about guys getting painful erections. That sounds beyond horrible. I’d rather deal with frequent urination.
I had to switch to a different medication because of some chest pain. It was scary, so I went to the hospital right away. I'd recommend anyone who's struggling with this to talk to their doctor immediately. It’s not worth risking your health.
Headaches are common but usually mild. I take a regular pain killer and it helps.
Interestingly, I’ve not had any side effects but my brother had severe dizziness but his doctor thought it was due to high blood pressure.
Why would anyone take this with such severe side effects. I would do surgery before taking this medication.
