I've been on Vyfemla Tablets 28s for about six months now. I was excited to hear about its effectiveness and the convenience of taking one pill per day. However, my experience with side effects has been bad and I'm considering switching to a different form of birth control. During the first month, I experienced severe headaches and dizziness, which I initially brushed off as stress. It was only after researching the side effects that I realized these symptoms aren't listed among the less severe ones. I'm also worried about the impact on my depression, given that mood changes are a listed side effect. I've also noticed changes in my menstruation patterns. Some days, I experienced heavy bleeding, while other times it was spotting. I'm glad that it is not life- threatening, but its effectiveness in preventing pregnancy is not worth the trade-off of having to go through these side effects. This sounds rough. I had a friend who had to switch from the pill to the implant because of similar issues. Maybe you could ask your doctor about other hormonal birth control options?
