Haloperidol 10mg (ten Mg) Tablets: Side Effects and Experiences
I've been prescribed Haloperidol 10mg tablets to treat a mood condition, but I'm really concerned about the side effects. Has anyone else experienced serious issues like abdominal pain, hallucinations, or trouble moving around? Also, how have you dealt with common side effects like drowsiness and dry mouth? Is there any way to mitigate these? I'd love to hear from anyone with experience with this medication.
I have Tourette’s and Haloperidol was a lifesaver. The benefits far outweigh the side effects for me. I've had some nasal stuffiness though. But it's no big deal to me. Only thing is that sometimes I still find myself falling asleep in the middle of the day when I've not been taking it.
Yep, the increased saliva production can be really annoying. I find myself constantly swallowing or needing a tissue to dry my mouth. I just take it as a small price to pay for the relief it brought to my delusions and hallucinations. It really is a powerful drug.
