Evoke 5mg Tablets: My Experience with ADHD Medication
So I’ve been prescribed Evekeo 5mg tablets to help manage my ADHD. It has been a game changer in terms of focus and attention, but I’ve also been experiencing some side effects. What’s been everyone else experience with this medication? I’m particularly concerned about the more serious side effects but also want to know if others have experienced any long-term benefits.

I had a terrible experience with Evekeo. I ended up with a severe allergic reaction and had to be hospitalized. If you notice any symptoms like hives, swelling, or trouble breathing, do not wait—get to the ER immediately.
I had a hard time with constipation and stomach pain when I first started Evekeo. But after some adjustments to my diet and hydration, it got better. Staying hydrated is key!
Has anyone else noticed changes in skin color? I’ve had some weird sensations in my hands and fingers, like numbness and tingling. It’s a bit unnerving.
