Escitalopram 20mg Tablets: My Experience and Side Effects
I've been on Escitalopram 20mg for about 6 months now and I've had a mix of positive and negative experiences. I was prescribed it for anxiety and it has helped immensely with that, but I've also experienced some side effects. I wanted to start this thread to share my experience and hear from others who are taking this medication. I found that the side effects seemed to be worse when I first started taking it, but they have lessened over time. I've experienced some dizziness, drowsiness, and dry mouth, but nothing too severe.

I'm on my third trial of this medication because it was not effective the first two times. My doctors added a second medication and it has helped for now. I've been off of that medication for a few years and I'm doing well now. I have a friend who needed to take this medication for about a year and was having some issues with some side effects. She stopped taking it and is doing much better.
