Does anyone have experience with Baclofen 5mg Tablets for muscle spasms?
I was recently prescribed Baclofen 5mg Tablets for muscle spasms caused by my spinal cord injury. I've heard it can be really helpful, but I'm a little worried about the side effects. Has anyone else taken this medication? What was your experience like? I'm especially curious to know if the side effects are as bad as they sound, and if there are any tips for managing them. I appreciate any insights you can share!
I've had a good experience with Baclofen. Just make sure to start with a low dose and gradually increase it as directed by your doctor. This helped me avoid some of the more unpleasant side effects. Plus, it really helped with the muscle stiffness!
Make sure to avoid drinking alcohol while on Baclofen. It can intensify the side effects, especially the drowsiness.
Baclofen saved my life. I had terrible spasms and could barely move. Now, I'm able to live a much more normal life. Just be patient and give it time to work.

I took it for a couple of weeks and it helped a lot, but then I started having some weird mood changes. My doctor switched me to a different medication.
