I've been using Differin 0.3% Gel for about three months now, and I've seen a significant improvement in my acne. How did you manage the side effects? Did you find any tips or tricks that worked well for you? I've been using a gentle moisturizer and avoiding harsh cleansers, but I'm open to more suggestions. For those with sensitive skin, maybe try a lower percentage gel at first? I've used adapalene before and it's always done well.
