Be careful, man. My brother had a really bad reaction to Cialis. He ended up in the ER with a really painful erection. Scary stuff.
Seriously, if you get any signs of an allergic reaction, get to a doctor ASAP. It's not worth the risk.

I had the same issue with a stuffy nose. My doctor recommended a nasal spray, and it helped a lot.
