Carvedilol ER 10mg Capsules: Experiences and Side Effects
I was prescribed Carvedilol ER 10mg Capsules for my heart condition and was told it would help lower my blood pressure and improve my heart's efficiency. Has anyone else taken this medication? I'm curious about your experiences, especially if you've noticed any side effects. The list of possible issues is quite long and a bit daunting. Are there any common or uncommon side effects that I should keep an eye out for? Anything about the medication that I should know?
This stuff is a lifesaver. I can actually exercise again without getting winded. Just make sure to drink plenty of water, as dehydration can make the side effects worse.
Just a heads up, if you experience any changes in vision, get to an eye doctor ASAP. That's one of the symptoms that can sneak up on you.
I noticed my ankles were swelling up, so I called my doctor and they lowered the dosage. Make sure to keep an eye out for that.
I thought this stuff was supposed to help with heart failure, but it just made me feel worse. I had a slow heartbeat and felt like I was freezing all the time. Not worth it for me, unfortunately.
