Caduet 5/80mg Tablets: Experiences, Side Effects, and Tips?
I was recently prescribed Caduet 5/80mg Tablets to manage both my high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I've been taking it for a few weeks now, and I'm curious to hear from others who have experience with this medication. What side effects have you encountered, if any? How have you managed them? I've heard that some people experience muscle pain and tenderness. I’m keeping an eye on that. I’m also interested in how others found out about the drug—was it through a cardiologist, or primary care physician? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
I've been on Caduet for a few months and haven't had any major issues, but I've noticed some muscle weakness and slight dizziness. I’ll be sure to keep an eye on these symptoms and discuss them with my doctor. I also feel more tired than usual. Wondering if anyone else has been experiencing the same.
Has anyone had any liver-related side effects? I'm starting to feel a bit nauseous and fatigued, but I thought those might just be normal symptoms. Now I’m worried and wondering if I need to get my liver checked
I noticed some skin irritation right after starting Caduet, but I wasn’t sure if it was because of the medication. Turns out it was an allergic reaction. Be on alert for any kind of skin issues when you start a new medication. I still take it, but I manage my irritation with corticosteroid creams.
