Buprenorphine 20mcg/hr TD Patch: Continuous Pain Relief or Hidden Dangers?
I've been using the Buprenorphine 20mcg/hr TD Patch for my chronic back pain, and it's been a game-changer. The patch provides continuous pain relief for up to 7 days, which is incredibly convenient. However, I've been reading about some potentially severe side effects, and it's got me worried. Has anyone else experienced any of these issues? I want to make sure I'm not putting myself at risk for something more serious. I've heard that the patch can cause serotonin syndrome if combined with certain other drugs, and that sounds terrifying. I'm not sure what to do. Thoughts?
I've been through this. I had a lot of issues with constipation while on this patch. I switched to a liquid version of buprenorphine and it has been working much better.
