Anyone tried Freshkote Drops for dry eyes? Share your experiences and side effects!
I've been dealing with dry eyes for a while now and my doctor recommended Freshkote Drops. They seem to be helping, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects. Has anyone else tried these? I'd love to hear about your experiences, especially if you've had any issues. Also, how do I know if the side effects are serious enough to report to the FDA? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
If you experience any swelling or trouble breathing, get to the ER right away. That's not something to mess around with. Happened to a friend of mine and it was terrifying.

I'm glad I found this thread. I was considering switching to Freshkote but now I'm not so sure. Anyone had issues with changes in eyesight? I'm already wearing glasses and don't need more problems.
Be careful with any eye drops. I had a bad reaction to a different brand once and ended up with a nasty rash around my eyes. Scary stuff.
I had some mild irritation at first, but it went away after a few days. If you experience anything serious, definitely contact your doctor. Better safe than sorry!
I find that using eye drops first thing in the morning helps the most. It's like giving your eyes a fresh start for the day.
