Hey everyone, I've recently been prescribed Rocklatan for glaucoma and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. I've heard mixed things and I don't know what to expect. This is my first experience with prescription eye drops and I'm trying to learn more about other people's journeys. Has anyone else been on Rocklatan? If so, how have you found it? Rocklatan is great for eye pressure but the eyelash thing is so weird. I've actually seen some people with really long lashes sport it like a feature.

You've got to tilt your head and look up, then pull down your lower eyelid, and place the drop in the pocket. It takes a bit of practice but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Also, don't blink right away after you put in the drop.

I've had some eyelash changes, too. My lashes are darker and a bit thicker but nothing too crazy. I also got some eye irritation at first when using the drops, but that's gone away largely

I think it depends on if your eyes are more sensitive to begin with. I have dry eyes and it's a bit annoying. You might want to ask your doc for artificial tears for relief.
