Anyone have experience with Sensorcaine-Mpf 0.25%/epi Inj, 10ml? My dentist used this for a root canal, and I'm curious about others' experiences.
I recently had a root canal, and my dentist used Sensorcaine-Mpf 0.25%/epi Inj, 10ml for the local anesthetic. It worked great, but I’m curious about others' experiences with this medication. What were the side effects like? Did anyone experience any of the serious side effects listed? I’m also wondering how common it is for this to be used in dental procedures versus surgeries. My dentist mentioned it helps with bleeding, but I’m curious if others have found that to be true. Any insights or personal stories would be much appreciated!
I’ve had it used in some surgeries, it works well, but it can be a bit tough to recover from if you're not expecting it. Keep your doctor informed of any other meds you're taking as well – can affect things.
I had it for a wisdom tooth extraction. It numbed the area perfectly, and I only felt a bit dizzy. No serious side effects, thankfully.

I've never had it, mostly lidocaine. But I'd expect similar results. Commonly used in dentistry, so your dentist probably knows what they're doing.
