Anybody else on Inderal 20mg Tablets (Propranolol) for Anxiety? How's It Going?
I've been prescribed Inderal 20mg Tablets (Propranolol) to help manage my anxiety. I've heard it's a beta-blocker and helps with physical symptoms like rapid heartbeat and shaking. I'm curious to hear from others who are taking it for anxiety. How effective has it been for you? What side effects have you experienced? Any tips for managing them? I'm also wondering if anyone has had to adjust their dosage or switch to a different medication. Thanks!

I've been on Inderal for a few months now and it's been a game-changer for my performance anxiety. No more shaky hands or racing heart during presentations! Just be aware of the drowsiness, it can be pretty intense at first.
