Anybody else experiencing odd side effects from Isradipine 2.5mg?

I was prescribed Isradipine 2.5mg Capsules for high blood pressure and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. I know it's supposed to help with strokes, heart attacks, and kidney issues, but I've been getting some weird symptoms. I've read the list of side effects but I still feel like something's off. Has anyone else had unusual experiences with this med?

I know this isn't a fun thought, but if you're ever feeling like you're having an allergic reaction, don't mess around—get to a doctor ASAP. I had some pretty bad hives and swelling once and it was scary.

I’ve been on Isradipine for a bit and the dizziness is awful. I even had a fainting spell once. I’m really thinking about trying a different medication. Has anybody tried switching to a different calcium channel blocker and had a better experience?

I’ve been taking Isradipine for a month now, and I've had some weird episodes of severe dizziness and fatigue that I can't shake off. Thinking of switching to another med, but I'm worried about the switching process.

I've been on Isradipine for a while now and the dizziness is rough, but manageable. Just take it easy when you first start. Make sure to talk to your doctor if it gets bad.

Feeling glad it's not just me! I've been on Isradipine for a couple of months and have been getting pretty bad headaches. Talked to my doc about it and they told me to keep an eye on it and see if it gets worse.

I had some really bad flushing and a terrible headache when I first started taking it. It went away after a few days, though.

I was super scared when I first started Isradipine because of all the crazy side effects I read about, but honestly, I've been pretty lucky so far. Just a bit of mild flushing sometimes but nothing major.

I've been on Isradipine for a few months now and the only side effect I've really noticed is some slight dizziness. It's not too bad, but I make sure to get up slowly from sitting or lying down.

I've had to deal with some pretty bad stomach upset since I started taking Isradipine. I’m trying to figure out the best way to manage it, maybe some adjustments to my diet.
